-House is situated at the end of a dead end street, closed with gates at front and aft; a good social controll: houses next to this are mostly permanently inhabited, and at the entrance of the dead end street, in the houses on both sides live local people.
-For car access: there is a garage with remote controlled gate; entry can be done by side road, entering the premises by the aft gate, and exit can then be done by front arch and gate. Arch is high enough for van-height. So no backwards exit necessary. Gates and wire-fence have been fitted for keeping goats/sheep out when absent. Electric cables are in place for eventually making gates remote controlled.
-Garage has water, electricity, gate, door, and workbench. Separate compartment for heating boiler and waterpump.
-Heating of the house: central heating with gasoil (tank and boiler in garage) ; by inverter airco ; and open fire.
-Hot water made by: -sun panels
-electrical heating (almost never used – required)

-In the house – to the roof: cables for internet, telephone, and satellite-antenne foreseen. Also for music surround system.
-Lights: dimmers on lights in living room; outside lighting on driveway – garden- terraces
-All windows have electrical, alluminium roller shutters
- it has 2 bathrooms & toilets (not 1) and 3 bedrooms! (1 master bedroom and bathroom down - 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs)
-In front garden, under the gras, is now water spray system; also below, water and electric connections have been foreseen for the possibility to built swimming pool.
-The stairs inside for access to bedrooms and bathrooms, are wide and not steep.
-In the passage next to the house, under the arches, there is always a nice air-draft. The big covered terraces and aft pergola give ample shadow and protection of the sun, and eventual rare rainshowers.
-Watertaps are in front garden, aft garden, and near garage.
-The garden is easy to maintain as mostly stone; local grass in front, trees and plants in openings in concrete.
-The house has a practical outlay for permanent living or renting: up two guest bedrooms and bathroom; down master bedroom and bathroom. The house is compact, though very practical for 6 persons. Easy to heat or cool, modern in maintenance -riendly construction and floors. It has ample storage place (in house and in garage). More than sufficient electric wall outlets. Opening windows have kip-and turn function, and let lot of daylight inside.
